Twelve hours after defeating Guangzhou Evergrande in the semi-final of the Club World Cup, FC Barcelona were back in training at the Mitsuzawa Stadium. The players who did not start against Guangzhou were put through a more intense session than those who did.

Douglas and Messi, missed out, as did Dani Alves with a foot injury and therefore stayed at the hotel. Neymar Jr meanwhile continued his recovery work.

The team will return to training on Saturday afternoon in Yokohama, in what will be the last session before the final on Sunday against River Plate (11.30am CET)
