FC Barcelona are in Istanbul

FC Barcelona return once again to Istanbul, and it won’t be the last time seeing that Xavi Pascual’s men will be back in Turkey in a little over a month to face Efes Pilsen. On this occasion, however, the Blaugrana will face off against Fenerbahçe Ulker, a team Barça know very well seeing that the two teams faced off in the first phase of the Euroleague. Barça lost in Istanbul by 75 to 70 and in Barcelona Pascual’s men won 94 to 81.

Travel and rest followed by a training session

Upon arrival the players and training staff went to the restaurant in the team hotel. After dinner, the players retired to their rooms to rest. At 6.00 PM the manager will hold a team meeting and that will be followed by a training session from 8.00 PM to 10.00 PM.

All players available

The entire first team travelled to Turkey this Wednesday. A total of 14 players made the trip to Istanbul, and that means that Pascual will have to cut two players from the squad ahead of tomorrow’s match. Álex Abrines, who has missed the teams last two games, is also with the team.
