Monday morning local time saw the opening of a new Barça Store at Palma airport in Mallorca - the third busiest airport in Spain - a 100 square metre space where fans can buy a whole rage of blaugrana related products. With this latest launch, the total of stores run directly by FC Barcelona stands at 15, with a further five run under franchise. The Club continues its retail business expansion via the Barça Licensing & Merchandising arm (BLM), created in June 2018.
The launch of the new store was attended by Xavier Barbany, member of the Barça Board of Directors and responsible for the roller hockey section as well as executives from BLM. Also present was former Barça player between 1991 and 1999, and member of Johan Cruyff's Dream Team, Miquel Ángel Nadal, a Mallorca native.

Sales success in 2024/25
FC Barcelona's strategic push in the area of Retail and Licensing, led by its subsidiary, Barça Licensing & Merchandising (BLM), has achieved historic results during the 2024/25 season, consolidating its position as a successful model with the area of sports business.
