Process for picking up tickets for the Copa del Rey final

Starting on Tuesday, April 30 at 11.00 am CEST, there will be new rail and air options available to travel to Seville

Ticket pick up for members attending the Barça-Valencia Copa del Rey final at the Benitro Villamarin in Seville on 25 May 2019 will be in Barcelona or Sevilla depending on place of residence of Members and Commitment Card holders. 

Pickup for members residing in Catalonia

Tickets will be collected at the Access 15 ticket office at FC Barcelona facilities from 6 to 10 May, from 9.30am to 7.00pm CET. To expedite the process, each person requesting tickets, whether individual or joint, will be assigned a collection day based on their purchase ID number, and the Club will indicate the date and time slot that corresponds to them.

The Club reminds you that tickets cannot be collected before the assigned day, but may be collected in the following days. Members who cannot pick up on the assigned daymay do so on 11 and 12 May at the Club's ticket office from 9.30am to 7.00pm CET.

Pickup for members residing outside Catalonia

To facilitate the collection for members residing outside Catalonia, the following collection point will be established in Seville on May 24 and 25, 2019.

Friday 24 May from 12.00pm to 7.00pm CET
Saturday 25 May from 10.00am to 6.00pm CET

Conditions for pickup

Any member or person with a Commitment card that has made a purchase may collect their tickets for their joint request with his official document (ID, NIE or passport) and the photocopy of an official document of the rest of the components of the petition. In no case may one of their companions collect the tickets.

To facilitate the collection process, please also bring your Membership card or Commitment card as well as proof of purchase.

Tickets have already been assigned, and you may not make changes or reassignments. A security bracelet will be given with each ticket, and will be obligatory to enter the stadium.


The Club will bring security personnel to Sevilla to carry out security checks and guarantee compliance with RFEF stadium access rules, and to ensure ticket holders are the ones whose name is on them, which will be jointly carried out by the police and Benito Villamarín stadium security personnel. The personalized ticket and the security bracelet will be required to get into the stadium.
